Summer Program Registration Open
The UAF Upward Bound and T3 Alaska project s accepting applications for its summer 2025 sessions. Applications are due by Saturday, March 1. This year Upward Bound and T3 Alaska are offering three compelling summer sessions to existing and new qualifying students. Summer Programs are offered to enrolled students at no cost.
- Our primary summer session, “Your Future Role in Alaska” is an exceptional program planned at the University of Alaska and Community Technical College in Fairbanks, which promises career exploration, college life, and deep connections.
- Our second session aims to promote student academic success by providing online and in-person writing intensive and earning college credits. “Drafting Dreams: High School Summer Writing Academy” will give your inner voice the opportunity to be told.
- Those of you familiar with the Wrangell Anan Wildlife Observatory projects will be interested to know our third summer session, “Tech Meets Nature,” furthers the partnership with the USDA Forest Service and Anan Wildlife Observatory remote bear monitoring project. Learn about installing electrical conduits and cameras, along with boat and wildlife safety. Open to returning students.
