Annual Fall UB/T3 Staff Training

We were thrilled to kick off the school year with our annual fall training event held Sept. 4-6 in Fairbanks! Our event focused on collaboration, process, and identifying what T3 Alaska looks like in our site communities. Coaches made plans for the upcoming semester with a commitment to safe learning environments, buidling student engagement and working on projects to benefit their communities. There were so many ideas that came out of the weekend break out session – helping improve school resources, using drone tech for mapping projects, creative storytelling with photography and video, and using technologies to help community planning – we are excited to see it develop.
